This trenchcoat is cozy, large, and is patched with leaves that used to be part of a tablecloth! They're stitched on with orange thread, in a way that's careful to not trap layers or close pockets. Buttons all line up and are functional (mostly—one button hole near the top is covered, but it's a duplicate). The coat is a % cotton GAP size _, but please see the last photo for specific measurements.

All handmade items are saved while on their way to the landfill, as is the fabric each patch is made from. I hand sew each patch onto every item with a sewing machine that is over 50 years old. Patches often cover stains or rips that would deem the item unusable, allowing each item the opportunity at a new and long life, where it will be loved for years!
